We would like to introduce a case study of the production of 12 ladders that will be installed in a newly established factory. Since the dimensions were slightly different, we carefully confirmed them during production to avoid mistakes. The brackets for fixing the ladder to the wall also had different installation positions for each unit, so we paid attention while welding. We would like to introduce a case study of the production of a stainless steel R-shaped "tread" used for inspecting factory roofs. Since it is very heavy, we have devised a way to make it easy to install on-site. The tread and the basket are manufactured separately so that they can be detached, and they are designed to be bolted together on-site.
