We would like to introduce a customized case of our non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being suitable for PET film. A company in the automatic equipment industry expressed interest in adopting our "CLA," but they faced an issue with installation due to the narrow pipe. While there are products that can be installed in a φ10 narrow pipe, they reported that the detectable liquid level was only 40mm, leading to their request. In response, we customized the electrode part of the CLA liquid level sensor. We would like to introduce a customized case of the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being made of PET film. A customer from an automotive parts company faced issues with the standard model "CLA-D10P40" already adopted for managing the liquid level of epoxy resin. The problem arose because the cable outlet for the electrode was in a straight line, causing the cable to be obstructive after installation. Additionally, since the cable outlet position was in line with the electrode, it became a hindrance during equipment cleaning, leading to their request. Therefore, we customized the electrode by changing the cable outlet to a vertical position while maintaining the same performance and functionality.
