【Test Equipment】
■ Prototype Leveler (Model 1) for Thick Plates
- Equipped with 5 upper and 6 lower backup rolls (Φ50), suitable for plate thickness: 3mm to over 10mm, maximum plate width: approximately 420mm.
- Equipped with 6 upper and 7 lower backup rolls (Φ36), suitable for plate thickness: approximately 1mm to 5mm, maximum plate width: approximately 420mm.
■ Prototype Leveler (Model 2) for Thin Plates
- Equipped with 7 upper and 8 lower backup rolls (Φ16), suitable for plate thickness: up to 1mm to within 2mm, maximum plate width: approximately 180mm.
