Due to the difficulty of gripping the product with a chuck when grinding the end face, we designed and manufactured a jig that allows us to consistently achieve a geometric tolerance of 5/1000. The product has a bowl-like shape, which posed a challenge in how to secure it during processing. We addressed this by repurposing existing jigs and designing and manufacturing new ones. With our extensive experience in processing programs, tool selection, and jig design and manufacturing, we have the know-how to handle even challenging products like this.
