Large blade dedicated 5-axis control machining center TURBO MILL series!

LIECHTI ENGINEERING, a member of the Swiss GFM Group, has a long history dating back to its founding in 1865 and has been producing lathes and milling machines for many years. Since the completion of the first 4-spindle/5-axis controlled turbine blade machining center, MULTIMILL, in 1985, the company has specialized all its production models for machining turbine blades, blisks, and impellers, continuing to this day. This machine is suitable for rough and finish machining of complex shapes, mold making in propeller and turbine blade factories, and manufacturing of aircraft engine parts (integrated parts). The unique arrangement of each axis has been designed to meet the different dynamic requirements of each axis through optimal mass distribution. The mass is minimized on the axis with the greatest dynamic demand. Furthermore, when pivoting the milling spindle, the adjustment of the linear axis to achieve the same contact point on the workpiece is minimized. As a result, excellent dynamic characteristics are achieved, enabling high-precision machining at high feed rates. It has also been characterized by not requiring program modifications when using tools of different lengths.
