The machining department specializes in processing bar materials with diameters ranging from 2mm to 65mm and cutting materials up to about 200mm in diameter, and also performs machining of special shapes using composite lathes. There are many models equipped with robots, enabling mass production of molded products. We process various materials including iron, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastics, regardless of the type. Under quality standards compliant with ISO9001, we carry out high-precision machining, delivering reliable products through thorough quality control and meticulous production management.
