Microbubbles!? | Fine Bubble Generation Nozzle | Sintered Metal |

It's a nozzle that generates microbubbles! By making the bubbles finer, it can promote chemical reactions and also facilitate mixing.

We are manufacturing bubbling and underwater fine bubble generation nozzles. Our bubbling nozzles, made of metal, are strong and have voids (fine pores) that allow gases such as air to pass through, enabling the dissolution of gas in liquids and stirring of liquids, among many other applications. By controlling the bubble diameter, various benefits can be obtained. For example... - Gas dissolution: By reducing the bubble diameter, the volume of the bubbles themselves decreases, improving the reaction speed and quality even with the same flow rate. - Stirring: In the case of stirring, if the bubble diameter is chosen to be too small, the stirring effect will not be achieved. Therefore, it is essential to control the bubble diameter according to the application. To meet such demands, our company aims to control and regulate the bubble diameter. The nozzles we manufacture are completely custom-made, and designs tailored to the equipment conditions and piping are also possible.

Fine Mixer for Beverage Manufacturing: Microbubbles to Reduce Cleaning Residue

Improved cleaning performance with microbubbles! Reduces the risk of foreign substance contamination.

In the beverage manufacturing industry, thorough cleaning of production lines is required to maintain product quality and ensure safety. In particular, residues from cleaning can lead to foreign matter contamination, potentially compromising product reliability. Therefore, the increase in labor and costs due to re-cleaning or disassembly cleaning caused by insufficient cleaning can impact production efficiency. The Fine Mixer CIP Plus utilizes the dirt-adsorbing, destroying, and decomposing power of generated microbubbles to enhance the cleaning performance of existing CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems. This helps to suppress cleaning residues and contributes to reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Cleaning of piping in the production line - Cleaning inside tanks - Rinsing process after cleaning 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of foreign matter contamination risk by suppressing cleaning residues - Decrease in the number of cleaning cycles and reduced need for disassembly cleaning, leading to savings in labor and costs - Cost reduction and decreased wastewater load due to reduced use of cleaning agents
