The Mist Collector MKN4 achieves a high efficiency of over 99.7% collection efficiency due to the centrifugal separation action of its high-performance turbo blower and the powerful adsorption action of a special electrostatic filter made from ultra-fine fibers. It captures over 90% of the mist inside the blower, making the filter less prone to clogging and maintaining high performance for extended periods (1.5 to 2 times compared to conventional products). An indicator displays the clogging status of the filter, making it easy to determine when maintenance is needed. The filter can be easily inspected and replaced by simply removing two snap locks and four knobs. It can be widely used for various types of mist, from cleaning machines to oil-based and water-soluble mist from machine tools, and is compatible with stainless steel outer panels. Considering post-use separation disposal, a wooden frame filter is used for the tertiary filter, while the primary and secondary filters can be cleaned and reused.
