S&F Corporation will exhibit at the "JIMTOF 2014 - 27th Japan International Machine Tool Fair" held at Tokyo Big Sight from Thursday, October 30 to Tuesday, November 4 (our booth number: E2006). During the event, we will mainly introduce unique machines and tools from Europe that are not available in Japan. These contribute to reducing work time, precision machining, efficiency, labor-saving, and environmental improvement. We will also demonstrate and introduce our band saws, which we are confident in both price and performance. [Main Products and Items Handled] MEP band saws, REDEX reducers, ORT rolling machines, REGO-FIX ER system, Fridge large band saws, LNS-FOX mist collectors, SU-matic multi-axis and angle heads, PCM multi-sided broaches, Buffoli transfer machines.

MEP and HYDMECH companies produce inclined band saws and horizontal band saws that are widely used around the world. All machines use cast iron frames, which provide high rigidity and enable cutting without bending at high speeds. By utilizing many standard accessories, fully automated cutting lines can be easily configured. Machines capable of cutting H-beams, pipes, round bars, and square materials have a wide range of applications and can cut large materials in a small floor space.

A new product for coolant-through modification, reCool, has been launched by LegoFix, a company famous for its ER Collet. By attaching it to existing rotary tools, you can transform them into tools compatible with internal and peripheral coolant in just two minutes. There is no need to purchase expensive coolant-through rotary tools, allowing you to extend tool life at an affordable price.
