The bubbles are compressed and broken apart by strong centrifugal force, resulting in defoaming!

The "Hi-Merger" tilts a container filled with materials inside the device, allowing it to be mounted and subjected to both rotation and revolution, creating a planetary motion. When the container is revolved at high speed, a significant centrifugal force is generated, and the additional centrifugal force from the rotation exerts a powerful synthetic centrifugal force on the materials inside. The materials tend to move towards the bottom along the inner wall. As the container rotates, a continuous convective motion occurs, with downward flow along the inner wall and upward flow in the center, and vortex flows generated by the rotation. Are you aware that there is a legal obligation regarding self-inspections of centrifuges under the Labor Safety and Health Act? Kyori Seiki is the manufacturer of the stirring and degassing machine "Hi-Merger." According to Article 141 of the Labor Safety and Health Regulations, self-inspections (once a year) are also required for rotary and orbital stirring and degassing machines, just like centrifuges. We would like to inform you about the "Hi-Merger Regular Self-Inspection" based on the stipulated content. By conducting regular self-inspections, you can maintain the normal condition of the equipment and prevent failures before they occur. Please carry out the inspections in accordance with safety standards. The results of the self-inspections should be recorded on the designated form and kept for three years.
