1. Extensive Experience in Mold Manufacturing We have extensive experience in manufacturing molds for automotive interiors, handling all processes from molding to trimming and piercing in a consistent manner. We utilize 16 types of 3D CAD, which allows for high production capacity. Additionally, we are capable of producing epoxy resin molds. 2. Comprehensive Support from Design to Production of Inspection Jigs We provide comprehensive support for the design and production of inspection jigs for pressed products and assembled automotive parts. Our 5-axis controlled NC machining equipment can accommodate large jigs, and our skilled craftsmanship using layout machines allows us to produce inspection jigs of various sizes. 3. Possession of Cutting Technology for Large Aluminum Molds and Jigs We have a long-standing track record in cutting technology for aluminum molds using large NC machining equipment with a gate width exceeding 2 meters, as well as cutting of resins used in jigs through 5-axis machining.
