[New Product] Microparticle Compression Testing Device Micro Hardness Tester MHT-1

Fully automatic measurement of particle hardness!

The Micro Hardness Tester MHT-1 is an automatic compression testing device designed for fine particles ranging from 40 to 400μm, achieved by changing the measurement stage. It measures the peak load and particle size when a load is applied with a punch to crush the particles, determining the crushing strength. The process from compression to destruction is recorded with image data and load-displacement curves. By selecting any particle from the measurement results, the destruction process can be confirmed with the load-displacement curve and continuous images. Thanks to our unique technology, each particle is dispersed and automatically sampled. The measurement is automated, repeating the compression test and cleaning simply by loading the sample. *Depending on specifications, the target particle size may be 40 to 120μm or 50 to 400μm. For measuring particles ranging from 200 to 1500μm, the Better Hardness Tester BHT-1000 (fully automatic powder and granular compression testing device) is available.
