Regarding the blockage prevention capability due to the expansion of the orifice diameter.

By adopting a multi-layer structure, we have successfully managed to maintain the same discharge capacity as a small diameter orifice while using a larger diameter!

We would like to introduce the blockage prevention capability through the enlargement of the orifice diameter. The drain flows out at high speed along a curve based on Bernoulli's theorem without touching the orifice, resulting in almost no flow at the edge of the orifice. This creates an environment conducive to the deposition and growth of scale. Therefore, it has been understood that in small-diameter orifices, when the large-scale growth collapses, blockage occurs by forming a bridge. At SUS Technoworks, based on the empirical rule that blockage rarely occurs in orifices with a diameter exceeding 1.0 mm, we developed a multi-layer structure orifice with a minimum orifice diameter of 1.0 mm. 【Blockage Prevention Capability】 ■ Initial State: Scale gradually precipitates around the orifice ■ Mid-State: Precipitated scale grows in a rod-like shape ■ Final State: The grown scale collapses and is discharged *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
