Machining of SS400 by cutting!
By maximizing efficiency in processing rough shapes, high-precision machining, and difficult-to-cut materials, we enable cost-effective mass production!
The high quality that SANKYO Manufacturing considers is the philosophy of not allowing defects to flow out to customers. While a system that does not produce or cannot produce defects is naturally essential in manufacturing, human errors can still occur as a fact, beyond those systems, since inspection of each individual item is not always feasible. Reducing the absolute probability of such errors through thorough reasoning and producing rationally is the result of many years of experience. 【Features】 ■ Concept of high quality ■ Proposals that are not limited to cutting processes ■ Rational ideas that are not constrained by technology ■ 30% cost reduction and 50% shortening of delivery times through rationalization *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
We can manufacture parts that take advantage of the high mechanical strength of POM. In POM machining, materials can be selected according to the shape, such as sheets or round bars.
Among the POM materials commonly used in machining, Delrin is a well-known material. There are also low-stress grades available to minimize warping as much as possible. On the other hand, it is a difficult material to bond, so bolting is the basic method of fastening.
If there is data, prototype production is possible! Even quantities that are not cost-effective for molding can be handled by machining!
We offer cutting processing for working models and mechanical parts. We can handle cutting processing for prototypes. We can accommodate sizes from approximately 10mm to 1000mm, and even for quantities of 1 to about 100, where molding is not cost-effective, we can respond with cutting. Before manufacturing molds, we can support small-scale production for shape and function verification through prototypes. If you have data, we can produce prototypes, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Features】 ■ Capable of cutting processing for prototypes ■ Can accommodate quantities that are not cost-effective for molding through cutting ■ Small-scale production for shape and function verification before mold manufacturing ■ Prototypes can be produced if data is available ■ Can accommodate sizes from approximately 10mm to 1000mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
Leave precision machining of 0.01mm to us! High quality and strict delivery deadlines even for mass production.
We would like to introduce our business group, "Miyazaki Iron Works Co., Ltd." We mainly engage in cutting processing for automotive parts, consistently implementing the manufacturing of pinions that require high-level through-hole processing technology. We primarily perform cutting processing for automotive parts, machining iron materials such as bars (round bars) to achieve precise dimensions. 【Features】 ■ Mainly engaged in cutting processing for automotive parts ■ Capable of machining iron materials such as bars (round bars) to achieve precise dimensions ■ Strength in high quality and strict adherence to delivery dates even in mass production *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
No blueprints are needed. We will create 3D data from the actual parts of old equipment and discontinued parts, and restore them.
**Customer's Concern** The tail lamp of a cherished vintage car had broken, and there were no parts available from the manufacturer. The customer was at a loss, thinking, "I can't drive the car like this..." They searched online for parts but couldn't find any, and the dealer turned them down. As a last hope, they consulted us. They expressed their anxiety, saying, "We have the actual part, but there are no drawings or data. I wonder if we can manage in this situation..." **Process of Part Restoration** 1: We received the actual part and conducted a precise 3D scan. 2: Based on the scan data, we created 3D data while considering the functionality of the part. 3: Using the created 3D data, we manufactured a high-precision master model (prototype for vacuum casting). 4: Replication through vacuum casting. **Customer's Feedback** The tail lamp was completed, maintaining its appearance and the vintage car's atmosphere, looking just like it did before it broke (in fact, there are now even more color variations!). The customer was extremely pleased, saying, "I had already given up, but I can't believe it turned out so beautifully!" and "I'm so happy I could customize it in my favorite color!"
