The KR1207 reflective photo sensor, light modulation type, is a dustproof photo reflector that employs an infrared light-emitting diode on the emitting side and a modulated photo IC light-receiving element on the receiving side. Its dustproof structure makes it easy to remove paper dust and allows for the detection of materials with low reflectivity, such as black paper and OHP film. Due to its light modulation method, it is resistant to noise from ambient light and other disturbances. It has a wide detection range and is a low-cost option. Additionally, RoHS-compliant versions are also available. It is suitable for applications such as paper detection in copiers, printers, and various automatic machines for object passage detection. Additionally, the photo current (μA) of the electrical and optical characteristics (Ta=25℃) is 200min for KR1219, 400min for KR1218 and KR3930, and 800min for KR3920.
