Additionally, during the baking reaction, there is almost no generation of yellowing gases such as smoke or resin, which helps to minimize yellowing of the coating film. ◆ High-temperature short-time baking The usual baking condition is 160°C for 20 minutes (object temperature), but it is possible to achieve the properties of the coating film at 190°C for more than 5 minutes! If the object temperature is raised above 200°C, a coating film can be formed in over 60 seconds! ◆ Excellent post-processing properties Even with a coating thickness of 150μm, there is no cracking or peeling of the coating film when bent at a diameter of 2mm at 180°. It can be adapted to various lines, such as pre-coated metal (PCM) lines. When painted on aluminum foil and folded into a crane, there is no cracking or peeling of the coating film.
