This is a type of precision processing that uses cutting wheels that are extremely thin (0.3mm to 1.2mm) and rotate at high speeds, gradually shaving off the workpiece with very hard particles (grains) that make up the wheel. The cutting process acts softly on the workpiece without causing destructive damage, resulting in a good surface finish, excellent cutting performance, and high-speed cutting capabilities. This contributes to the reduction or elimination of secondary processing and helps lower costs.
