Manufactured by deep drawing from two parts with a difficult size due to the small diameter! Our machining professionals designed and produced this targeting the food manufacturing industry. Without using any welding, we wrapped the bottom cover with a stainless steel tube and crimped it. In food-related applications, it is unacceptable for carcinogenic welds to leach into water. If a screw shape is used, grease and seal tape would be necessary, which would leach into water, making it unsuitable. This shape solves that problem.
