(Before Improvement) - Spindle Part A: ¥15,300 - Spindle Part B: ¥14,200 Using three of each per month, the cost is ¥88,500/month. (After Improvement) Requesting processing from another workplace within the same factory. Consolidating the parts into one produced in-house, with in-house production costs of ¥1,439.
