The "MF80W (Standard Model)" is a dual-clamping vise for high-precision 5-axis machining, realized by incorporating the technology of precision vises.
Each component is made from special hardened stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The moving jaw features an inclined surface design that minimizes tool interference in 5-axis machining, enabling machining on five sides excluding the bottom surface. This design reduces setup time and allows the spindle to be brought closer to the cutting material, addressing vibration issues and extending tool life, thereby maximizing the performance of the machine tool.
