Our company specializes in "workholding tools" that maximize the operating rate of machine tools. In particular, we are focusing on the rapidly increasing demand for 5-axis machining and multi-surface machining, offering products such as "self-centering vises for 5-axis machining" and "EWR series wire-cut vises" that dramatically reduce setup time, as well as "mag vises (magnetic chucks)" and "automation-compatible mag vises" that enable simultaneous processing of five surfaces. We integrate our role as the exclusive distributor in Japan for globally renowned manufacturers such as Taiwan's "Earth Chain" and "Gintec," and the American "Paitape," with our function as a fabless manufacturer of our own brand (FIRSTEC) produced in overseas partner factories, supplying high-precision products that meet the needs of the field. Not only do we sell products, but we also provide proposals for optimal jig configurations based on machining conditions, loan demo machines, and extensive support for implementation.
