Our automatic machines are developed in-house, from mold design to automatic control software, allowing for better design. As a small company, each individual is involved in all processes, so we design parts to be removable if they may not be necessary. By determining the necessity of parts during inspection, we can create products with fewer components, allowing us to dedicate time to the fundamental aspects of molds, such as part parallelism, perpendicularity, and dimensional accuracy. We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenge of "wanting to produce molds in a short delivery time" that we handled. We received a request for the production of a simple mold with a delivery time of three weeks, but after one week, we delivered the mold and prototype, which surprised the client with the response, "Is it already done?" Additionally, we have a track record of producing a progressive mold, which typically takes about a month, in approximately two weeks for a mold measuring (400×1200).
