High-pressure model of the general-purpose small pressure sensor BLC series [Pressure range 35KPa~1035kPa (5PSI~150PSI)]

The general-purpose small pressure sensor "BLC Series High Pressure Model" adds a high-pressure model with a pressure range of 35 kPa to 1035 kPa (5 PSI to 150 PSI) in addition to the existing low-pressure model with a pressure range of 250 Pa to 7.5 kPa (1 inch H2O to 30 inches H2O), supporting absolute pressure from 15 PSI to 150 PSI and differential pressure from 5 PSI to 150 PSI. (The differential pressure model can also be used for gauge pressure measurement.) This BLC series utilizes All Sensors' sensing technology CoBeam2 TM. With this CoBeam2 TM technology, it is possible to obtain higher output values at lower drive voltages compared to conventional sensors. The sensors in the BLC series are designed for measuring non-corrosive or inert gases and dry air. With a drive voltage of 0.9 to 1.8 VDC, these sensors are compact, low-voltage, and low-power, making them ideal for small electronic devices and battery-operated equipment.

The millivolt output pressure sensor is based on proprietary technology to reduce output offset and common mode errors. In the built-in amplifier type, a 5V output can be extracted. Excellent frequency characteristics: due to its small size and lightweight, the resonant frequency is extremely high at up to 1.3MHz, and the frequency characteristics remain flat up to high bandwidths, demonstrating excellent performance in measuring rapidly changing pressures. DC components can also be measured. Excellent temperature characteristics: a temperature compensation module is added to the full bridge method, ensuring excellent temperature characteristics despite being a semiconductor transducer. The full bridge method fully utilizes the characteristics of semiconductors and is easy to handle. Rich variations: a wide range of models is available for each series, allowing selection according to applications and conditions. Each model offers a variety of rated pressures in its lineup.
