We would like to introduce a case where an analog meter visualization service was implemented in the manufacturing line of grinding films. Although the differential pressure gauge was inspected with the minimum necessary personnel, there were cases where it became a post-incident response during abnormalities, making the streamlining of inspections and early detection of anomalies a challenge. In response, a camera was installed on the differential pressure gauge in the clean room. Workers needed to understand the cleaning and replacement timing of the exhaust filter through several daily inspections of the differential pressure gauge. The decision on whether maintenance was needed relied on the workers' experience and know-how, leading to challenges in improving efficiency and eliminating dependency on specific individuals. To address this, a camera was installed on the differential pressure gauge of the exhaust filter.
