Tube Printer Online Help: Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
Q: Question
The printing is smudged, and the side looks like tire marks, causing the letters to be distorted.
A: Answer
■ Cause
1. There may be excessive printing pressure due to incorrect positioning of the printing head.
2. Air inside the tube may not be escaping, causing air to accumulate in the tube.
* This is particularly likely to occur with large-diameter tubes or tubes made of soft materials.
■ Countermeasures
1. Raise the printing head by one level and print on the inside (the side that is in a valley).
2. Fix the transport roll lock lever at the position marked with a red circle in the attached photo.
If there is an air stopper at the end of the tube, please cut it off to allow the air to escape.
Additionally, if you are using special tubes other than standard PVC tubes (in terms of thickness, material, softness, or hardness), please consult your sales representative as we will need to verify them.
