[Case Study] Unable to track the progress of manufacturing processes, resulting in frequent delays in delivery.

Provide accurate delivery time responses at the time of order! Increase credibility through visualization of production status.

We would like to introduce a case study where we solved problems using our production management system, the 'Assist series.' We often faced demands for short delivery times from customers, and even with overtime, we could not cover the workload, leading to delays and a decrease in our credibility. With our product, we were able to visualize the production status in the factory, allowing us to quickly identify which machines were busy and who was overloaded. This enabled us to provide appropriate delivery time responses at the time of order. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - Frequent demands for short delivery times from customers, and unable to cover even with overtime - Occurrence of delivery delays, leading to a decrease in credibility ■Results - Ability to provide appropriate delivery time responses at the time of order - In cases where delivery would be delayed, we could change plans early, which improved our credibility *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Can't find the paper drawings! It takes a long time to search for them.

All data is stored as digital data on the server! You can find the drawings just by scanning the barcode.

We would like to introduce a case study where we solved problems using our production management system, the 'Assist series.' When searching for drawings that are filed by drawing number, there were times when the drawing number was unknown, making it difficult to retrieve them quickly, and sometimes outdated drawings were included. With our product, all drawings can be stored as digital data on the server, so by simply scanning the barcode written on the instruction sheet, the relevant drawing is displayed on the screen, eliminating the need to search for drawings. [Case Overview] ■ Issue - Unable to quickly retrieve drawings when the drawing number was unknown. ■ Result - All drawings can be stored as digital data on the server. - By scanning the barcode, the relevant drawing is displayed on the screen. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Unable to understand the progress of manufacturing processes, resulting in frequent delivery delays.

You can see the details and understand the issues! Visualization of production status increases credibility.

We would like to introduce a case study where we solved issues using our production management system, the 'Assist series'. Although we could determine the overall profit after monthly aggregation, we were unable to grasp the individual profits for each product due to price fluctuations in purchased goods. After implementation, we can now know the cost for each product in real-time at any time, making it clear what measures need to be taken to increase profits. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Due to price fluctuations in purchased goods, we could not grasp the individual profits for each product. - We were unable to submit accurate estimates, which sometimes led to missed orders. ■Results - We can know the cost for each product in real-time at any time. - Measures to increase profits have become clear. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Metal Processing and Machining

We are now able to monitor the progress of work even when we are away from the factory!

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our production management system, the 'Assist series', in a metal processing and machining company. Before the implementation, progress was checked either by calling or visiting the site, but the ability to quickly grasp the status of each factory just by looking at a monitor was appealing, leading to the decision to implement it. Since progress can be tracked for each machine, it has become possible to immediately understand which machines are currently operating, allowing for more efficient production. [Case Overview] ■ Industry: Metal processing and machining ■ Number of employees: 20 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Production management system to improve factory productivity.

Features of the System This system is a production management tool with a required quantity calculation function. The required quantity calculation function in production management enables the arrangement of appropriate materials at the right timing, preventing excess inventory and stockouts, leading to improvements in QCD such as reduced production lead times, cost savings, and enhanced quality. Additionally, through material requirements planning (MRP), production plans can be optimized, resulting in increased productivity and dramatic improvements in work efficiency. 〇 Specially designed for Tier 1 Although developed for suppliers in the assembly manufacturing industry, it can be implemented with almost no customization due to the EDI attachment, which serves as the order data input interface. 〇 No equipment required as it is cloud-based As long as the implementing company has an internet connection and a PC, they can set up a router facing our data center and simply establish a VPN path to create the necessary environment. 〇 All functions are standard features of the system All essential functions that a parts processing industry should have, such as required quantity calculation (MRP) from received internal forecasts and confirmed information via EDI, production instructions, performance collection, external arrangements, acceptance of external arrangements, shipping instructions, and accounts receivable/payable, are fully implemented.
