[Case Study of Heat Recovery Implementation] Food Factory

If the boiler operates 24 hours a day, a boiler efficiency of about 90%, heavy oil at 85/L, and a recoverable heat amount of 265KW can be achieved!

Generally, the blowdown water from the boiler is around 150°C. By utilizing this waste heat for preheating the boiler feedwater, it assists in heating the boiler and contributes to energy savings. First, the intermittent blowdown water is overflowed through a heat exchanger, and the feedwater continuously passes through the heat exchanger, allowing for the recovery of the intermittent heat from the blowdown water and raising the feedwater temperature. 【Case Overview】 ■ Use of a heat exchanger for blowdown water waste heat recovery ■ Feedwater continuously passes through the heat exchanger to recover the intermittent heat from the blowdown water and raise the feedwater temperature ■ When the boiler operates 24 hours Boiler efficiency is about 90%, heavy oil at 85 yen/L, and a recoverable heat quantity of 265 kW is achievable ■ In terms of heavy oil, this can result in energy savings of 58,000 yen per day, amounting to 17,430,000 yen annually *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Heat Recovery] High-Temperature Exhaust Gas Heat Recovery

It is also possible to design drawers with maintenance in mind! Here we introduce a case of high-temperature exhaust heat recovery at 500℃.

In this case, the gas/air heat exchanger "Polybloc Stainless Plate" can recover heat from exhaust gases and heat air with low pressure loss. Fin pitch can also be selected for dirt conditions and pressure loss adjustments. Furthermore, cooled exhaust gases can be efficiently recovered using the gas/liquid heat exchanger "AIREC CROSS30," allowing for latent heat recovery to preheat water and assist the boiler. For corrosion prevention at severe acid points, aluminized treatment can be applied to SUS316, and regular maintenance can prevent pitting corrosion. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Teflon heat recovery system

Eliminate corrosion at the acid dew point!

The "Teflon Heat Recovery System" utilizes the corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and pressure-resistant AlWaFlon tube developed through DuPont's Teflon PTFE and the tubing technology of Fluorotubing in the Netherlands. Heat exchangers incorporating AlWaFlon tubes can be used even below the acid dew point, where metal heat exchangers would corrode. 【Features】 - Heat recovery from combustion exhaust gases entering the flue gas desulfurization system - Minimization of water loss in the desulfurization system - Recovered heat is used for preheating boiler feed water and reheating gases at the desulfurization system outlet - Contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions 【Specifications】 Tube materials: AlWaFlon, stainless steel, nickel alloy, coated type Tube diameter: φ9.5 to φ12.5 (gas/liquid heat exchanger) φ48 to φ175 (gas/gas heat exchanger) Tube shape: U-tube type (gas/liquid heat exchanger) Straight type (gas/gas heat exchanger) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat recovery heat exchanger [SK Economizer]

Effectively utilize exhaust heat and reduce fuel consumption!!

Releasing boiler exhaust heat directly into the atmosphere wastes thermal energy. The exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger "SK Economizer," when installed on a boiler, efficiently recovers the heat from combustion exhaust gases to preheat the feedwater to the boiler, improving boiler efficiency and reducing fuel consumption, thus achieving energy savings. Additionally, it may comply with boiler structural standards based on the heat transfer area. "Narikawa Industrial of Heat Exchangers" has obtained boiler manufacturing permission, allowing for a wide range of proposals. 【Specifications】 ○ Function: Exhaust heat recovery ○ Heat medium: Water ○ Element materials: - Tubes: Steel pipe (STB), stainless steel pipe (SUS-TB) - Fins: Steel fins (SPCC), stainless steel fins For more details, please contact us.

Melting snow with drainage heat from a food service facility! Case study of an energy-saving passive method that eliminates the need for a boiler.

Introducing an example of a passive snow melting system that uses drainage from food service facilities as a heat source!

Our company sells geothermal materials and equipment, regardless of whether they are domestic or imported. In particular, the polyethylene sheet-type heat exchange unit product "G-HEX" was developed through a NEDO project. It is a high-cost performance heat exchanger that utilizes thermal energy from flowing water and does not release waste heat into the atmosphere. 【Do you have any of these concerns at your food service facility?】 ■ Waste heat from drainage is not being utilized ■ Using heat pumps or boilers for snow melting is costly ■ Searching for energy-efficient and safe snow melting methods \ For detailed examples of unused heat recovery, please check "Download the Catalog" /
