The "HTX8045C Series" is an insulated transformer for gate drive applications that features a chip-type structure with proven performance in the HTX family. It achieves significant miniaturization compared to transformers with conventional core and bobbin structures. This compact design not only reduces component size but also improves manufacturing efficiency, enabling production at a more cost-effective rate. 【Features】 ■ An insulated transformer optimized for use with insulated bias power supplies for SiC and GaN gate drivers such as TI's UCC25800-Q1 and MPS's MPQ18913/14. ■ The inter-winding capacitance is kept low at 0.55pF, resulting in low EMI and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI). ■ Despite its small dimensions of just 4.85×8.20×5.30mm, it achieves a very high insulation voltage (hipot) of 5000VDC and 3535Vrms (for 1 minute) between primary and secondary windings. ■ AEC-Q200 certified (-40°C to +125°C). *For more details, please download the PDF (English version) or feel free to contact us.
