■Equipment Features - Heat patterns tailored to various thermal processing needs such as drying and firing: Temperature control is managed for each zone, allowing for the setting of heat patterns that meet the thermal processing requirements of the products. - Air cooling mechanism (optional): A cooling mechanism can be implemented to ensure stable control without temperature overshoot for the workpieces that generate heat during the thermal processing. - Customization considering contamination: To reduce metal contamination such as Fe, the contact parts of the workpieces can be customized with special alloys like nickel. This is a technology we can propose due to our confidence in welding special materials. - Seal measures: We propose sealing structures tailored to customer needs. Additionally, we offer dust collection and dust-proof covers to minimize scattering around the seals for fine materials. - High airtight seal (optional): Our unique sealing structure using carbon materials enables continuous firing in a flammable atmosphere (High airtight seal patent number: Patent No. 4150368).
