Uniformly roasting and drying various raw materials allows for the demonstration of advanced performance.
The external heat rotary kiln does not allow direct contact between the raw materials and the heating gas, resulting in minimal burning unevenness and dust generation, eliminating the need for dust collection equipment. There are two types: multi-tube and single-tube. The multi-tube type distributes the raw materials and has a thin layer height, allowing heat to be transferred more uniformly, and due to the larger ratio of heat transfer area to raw material volume, the thermal efficiency is significantly improved. It can be widely used for oxidation reactions, reduction reactions, decomposition, catalyst generation, regeneration, as well as roasting, drying, etc., in various powder and granular materials in active and inert gas atmospheres. Founded in 1946 as Nagoya Chemical Machinery Works with the aim of designing and manufacturing fermentation and distillation equipment for alcoholic beverages, it was subsequently developed and dissolved in March 1950, leading to the establishment of Chuo Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. Focusing on the field of general chemical equipment, we have worked to improve and accumulate technology, achieving results in a wide range of areas up to the present day.
