The Tarkanrot L seal consists of a PTFE sealing lip, a rubber jacket, and a metal component for shape stability. It was developed to extend the seal life of axle systems. The patented seal design philosophy operates only when the system is pressurized, meaning that for the majority of the time, the sealing lip is open and away from the surface.
