We would like to introduce a case study of our "Silicone Rubber Heater." We received a consultation regarding a tank and hose used for applying grease, which became hard due to the cold in winter, making it difficult to apply evenly. To address this, we wrapped a silicone rubber heater (K) with a sensor around the tank and placed a belt heater with a temperature sensor φ1.6×100L along the hose. In response, we proposed incorporating a (K) sensor into the silicone rubber heater to enable temperature control. The silicone rubber heater closely adheres to the syringe, allowing heat to transfer easily and preventing the fluid from solidifying.
