Rapture Disk "Score Type Disk"

Available for processes with overlapping materials! POLY-SD, SCRD-FSR score-type discs.

The "POLY-SD Score Type Disk" has a thickness more than three times that of a standard tensile type disk, with pre-scored grooves on the atmospheric side of the plate. The depth of these grooves controls the burst pressure, which is set accordingly. As a result, it offers a long lifespan and consistently stable burst pressure, making it a rupture disk developed by Faik for process protection, particularly in polymerization processes. Fake AD-type rupture disk

Prevent damage from pressure rise in pressure vessels! Low-pressure rupture disk that is easy to install without the need for a dedicated holder.

The "Fake AD Type Rupture Disk" is a flat-shaped plate designed to prevent damage caused by pressure increases in pressure vessels and to protect safety valves from corrosive fluids on the secondary side. It is a low-pressure rupture disk that is installed between standard flanges. The standard material is stainless steel.
