It forms a water film on the screen, achieving a gas-liquid contact efficiency of 100% in dust collection and exhaust gas deodorization. Compared to conventional scrubbers, it significantly reduces running costs. In establishing the new factory, we were considering the introduction of deodorizing machines, but since the highly effective combustion-type deodorization systems are very costly, we were exploring alternatives. At that time, we learned that T Company in Hiroshima Prefecture had successfully handled exhaust gas treatment for their painting drying furnace, and they introduced us to your company. Since it was a recommendation from a reputable customer with proven results, we had a high level of trust and proceeded with the delivery of the water film scrubber (exhaust gas treatment device) "Deo-Riser" without a demonstration experiment. As the delivery was timed with the new construction, we were able to efficiently design the installation locations for the shower booth and circulating water treatment tank, as well as the ducts and piping connecting them, while significantly reducing the installation costs at the same time.
