ISDS stands for Intelligent Sensor Detection System, a unique feature name from Hydrotechnik. When used in combination with the handheld logger provided by Hydrotechnik, it allows for: 1) Simply connecting the sensor automatically identifies the type of sensor and the type of signal output, completing the setup automatically! 2) Automatically reads the linear correction parameters recorded during the sensor's manufacturing to improve the sensor's reading accuracy.
