TFR sheet (porous PTFE + fluorine elastomer)
Chemical resistance equivalent to perfluoroelastomer! Sizes up to 600mm x 600mm can be produced.
The "TFR sheet" is an ultra-thin rubber sheet that does not exist in conventional fluororubber or perfluororubber. The operating temperature range is -50°C to 200°C, and it has a tear strength that is incomparable to general rubber. It can be utilized in various applications such as gas separation membranes, gaskets for fuel cells, and thin film diaphragms. 【Features】 - Chemical resistance equivalent to perfluoroelastomer - Usable temperature range of -50°C to 200°C - Tear strength that is incomparable to general rubber - Adhesive processing possible for metals and glass (conditions apply) - Extremely thin (minimum 40μm) - Due to its cushioning properties, it does not exhibit the creep phenomenon (cold flow) that is a disadvantage of PTFE resin. Therefore, it does not cause "puddle leakage" and can be reused. 【Applications】 - Thin film diaphragms, etc. - Pressure sensing membranes and protective membranes for sensor devices, etc. - Sealants and spacers for narrow areas requiring cushioning - Gas separation membranes, etc. - Gaskets for fuel cells *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
