[Solenoid Application Example] Building Damper Device
Introduction of an example applying SDC type solenoids to Dunbar drives.
Dampers are incorporated into buildings for controlling air volume in air conditioning and boilers, as well as for preventing fire and smoke backflow in disaster prevention facilities, requiring them to be compact and operate reliably. The diagram shows a mechanism that rotates the feed gear through a lever, hinge lever, and rack and pinion, indicating a de-energized state. When energized, the solenoid operates in the direction of the arrow, and the valve moves to the dashed line position. When the power is removed, it returns to its original position due to the force of the return spring, but care must be taken to ensure that lateral loads do not apply to the movable iron core during operation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
