We would like to introduce a case of ceiling maintenance for a press soundproof room that we conducted. The customer requested to enclose the ceiling of the press machine's soundproof room, but due to crane limitations, it could not be enclosed. They wanted it to be easily opened and closed from the ground and preferred a manual option to reduce costs. We proposed an optimized solution by installing a U-shaped opening door on the ceiling, making it usable even with cranes that have height restrictions. Additionally, it was made operable from the ground with a handle rotation mechanism. We would like to introduce a case of a press soundproof room we handled for nighttime neighborhood complaints. A customer contacted us stating that production had increased and they were operating at night, but they received noise complaints from the neighbors. They had not considered a soundproof room when installing the press machine and were unsure how to enclose it. We proposed an optimization and solution. We measured the noise levels at the property boundary during nighttime to understand the current situation, considered how many dB needed to be reduced outside the soundproof room, and finalized the specifications and layout of the panels.
