A cost-effective car speaker that incorporates high-performance carbon fiber in the diaphragm. The request was for a complete equal division with center cuts, but due to concerns about the retention rate of each part after cutting, a 90-degree opening cut was proposed. The separated side retained almost its original shape except for the cutting width (cut allowance, kerf width). However, even with the insertion of special stabilizing materials in the frame (unstable areas) and the magnet section to fill the gaps, there was still some impact on the interlayer and cutting surface near the cutting width (cut allowance, kerf width) due to the state of jet water flow diffusion after penetrating through the layers, resulting in a lack of clarity and a completely vertical surface.
