DST111 Road Surface Temperature Sensor

We measure the amount of infrared radiation emitted from the road surface, perform signal processing, and accurately measure the surface temperature.

The DST111 sensor can measure road surface temperature non-contactly. It measures the amount of infrared radiation emitted from the road surface, processes the signal, and accurately measures the road surface temperature. Even under environmental conditions where many commercially available infrared sensors show errors, reliable measurement values can be obtained. When the road surface temperature drops due to radiative cooling on clear nights, typical infrared sensors can experience errors of up to -3°C due to the influence of the road surface's emissivity, but the DST111 corrects this error through its unique design to display accurate data. The installation method for the DST111 is simple, requiring no cutting of the road surface or road closures. By using mobile communication devices, it is an ideal standalone sensor that can be used in remote locations or on bridges. This sensor is designed to be installed directly on existing structures such as columns along the roadside. It can also be combined with existing Vaisala Road Weather Stations RWS200 or older ROSA Road Weather Monitoring Stations. When combined with the DSC111 road surface sensor, it forms a versatile standalone weather station.

Temperature sensor transmitter

The temperature sensor is a high-performance device that can simultaneously monitor temperatures at four locations with a single transmitter. It is ideal for remote monitoring and can adapt to various environments, including abnormal temperature detection, distribution fields, machine tools, and inside refrigerators. The sensor operates on a hybrid power system of solar and coin batteries, with a transmission interval of once every 10 minutes. It is only available for use within Japan (frequency 928.35MHz, 1mW). EnOcean communication ranges from 30 to 100 meters, and due to its limited transmission range, the risk of information leakage is low. With a low power output of 1mW, it has minimal impact on other devices in factory environments where high-power communication is restricted. It is a suitable sensor for improving Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Tabletop Temperature Controller TRZ-303

The TRZ-303 is a tabletop temperature controller that can be used immediately by simply wiring the heater, temperature sensor, and power supply to the terminal block on the back. Compared to the BX-303, the TRZ-303 has a 30% reduction in footprint (compared to our standards), making it possible to place it in tight spaces. It offers two types of temperature input: K thermocouple and resistance temperature detector (Pt100). The TRZ-303 can be used with either type by changing the settings on the unit, while the BX-303 requires a specific model selection for each type. The TRZ-303 has only "SSR" output, whereas the BX-303 offers two types: "SSR" and "relay contact." The power supply voltage for the TRZ-303 is compatible with AC100V to 200V, while the BX-303 requires model selection for different configurations. Please utilize it in laboratories and other settings where frequent movement of the controller is necessary. [Updated June 2022] The BX-303 has been discontinued.
