The transportation of parts weighing up to 70kg has been reduced to half of the conventional method! The balancer utilizes a movable cart-type Wyman to improve operational efficiency!

At the parts manufacturer, there was a task involving handling a cleaning machine that could weigh up to 70 kg when parts were placed inside it. Since the parts were manually transported and loaded into the cleaning machine, work efficiency was poor, and it placed a burden on employees. ■Solution and Effects To solve the problem, we proposed our Wyman "MY-BS-104." To improve work efficiency and ensure a spacious workspace, we suggested a mobile cart type Wyman. As a result, it became usable anywhere in the factory, expanding the work range. The task that previously took half a day for cleaning now has improved work efficiency, allowing it to be completed in half the time.
