Tabletop Ultrasonic Cleaner WV-231-S1

Tabletop ultrasonic cleaner equipped with a vacuum function (for aqueous solutions only)

By reducing the pressure inside the cleaning tank, ultrasonic waves can reach fine pores and blind holes that are generally difficult to clean. - Cleaning of fine pores and blind holes that could not be cleaned with conventional ultrasonic cleaners is now possible. - The cavitation, which is the cleaning element of the ultrasonic cleaner, has been powered up. - The automatic repetition of reduced pressure and normal pressure allows for speedy detachment of dirt. - Two types of reduced pressure cycles can be selected.

Separate-type ultrasonic cleaner WSC series

Achieving reduced cleaning unevenness and energy savings with FM+AM oscillation method.

FM modulation... continuously varying the frequency of ultrasound. AM modulation... continuously varying the high-frequency output of ultrasound. AM modulation is resistant to fluctuations in load (work, liquid type, liquid depth), while FM modulation can equalize the ultrasound in the tank, allowing for high-efficiency and uniform cleaning. ■ Adopts FM (frequency modulation) + AM (output modulation). It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving type that reduces cleaning unevenness. ■ The size and weight of the oscillator have been compacted to one-third of conventional models (compared to our company). ■ When replacing with the same specification transducer unit, no adjustment of the oscillator is required, making maintenance easy. ■ A wide range of power control is possible according to the cleaning and processing purposes.

Separate-type ultrasonic cleaner WDX series

Achieve both uniform cleaning and damage reduction! From soft cleaning to hard cleaning, you can obtain optimal cleaning power tailored to your needs.

■ Our unique "DynaShock Modulation (DM) method," made possible by full digital technology, allows for optimal cleaning power tailored to applications, ranging from soft to hard cleaning. * The DM (DYNASHOCK MODULATION) method is an oscillation method that controls the ultrasonic power ratio (modulation degree) generated simultaneously at two frequencies from the same transducer while maintaining a constant total output power, achieving optimal cleaning power from soft to hard cleaning. ■ By selecting the DM modulation degree, uniform ultrasonic waves with high sound pressure can be generated throughout the tank, enabling consistent cleaning without unevenness. ■ Various functions have been realized through digital control. - Achieving optimal cleaning: Stable cleaning is possible through optimal frequency control and ultrasonic output control. - Improved maintainability: No adjustment of the oscillator is required when replacing the transducer unit. - Wide power input range: Supports power input of AC200V to AC240V ±10%. - Monitoring function: Management of output power is possible via the front panel display. - Abnormal diagnosis function: An error message indicating the cause of the abnormality is displayed when an issue occurs. - Sweep function: Enables even more uniform ultrasonic cleaning.

APR version ultrasonic cleaning device

ARR version (polybutadiene version) ultrasonic cleaning device

Although we have delivered numerous APR version ultrasonic cleaning devices, Blue Star R&D has further developed conventional technology and proposes a new, low-cost, precision cleaning system. Recently, the cleaning technology that transitions from NMP to water in the APR version has been widely used; however, our technical advisor, Shibano, in collaboration with a former executive of an APR version manufacturing company, has successfully developed this cleaning technology for the first time in the industry. Currently, by using wideband simultaneous oscillation ultrasonic waves ranging from 50 kHz to 275 kHz with a cavitation enhancement system, we enable stable, precise, and high-speed cleaning of APR versions.

Carbeck Ultrasonic Cleaner SONIC STAR

Ultrasonic cleaners are extremely effective at removing dirt and abrasives that have entered narrow gaps!

Water is essential for ultrasonic cleaners, but this water contains components known as dissolved gases that are not visible to the eye. When tap water is poured into the tank, the dissolved gases are initially dispersed throughout the entire volume, but over time, the amount of dissolved gases at the bottom of the tank decreases due to the weight of the water. As the amount of disruptive gases for the ultrasound decreases, the cleaning efficiency improves. To stabilize the cleaning ability, the water poured into the tank is not used immediately; there is also a method that uses surfactants to evenly distribute the concentration of dissolved gases. However, we focused on eliminating the dissolved gases themselves. To forcibly remove dissolved gases from the water poured into the tank, we developed a microbubble generation device. As the water passes through this device, the dissolved gases are expelled as bubbles, much like wringing out a cloth. In this new product, the water in the tank is circulated by overflowing, and as it passes through the microbubble generation device installed along the path, the number of bubbles generated decreases significantly until the dissolved gases are reduced to a negligible state, at which point no bubbles are produced. Operating under these conditions eliminates factors that attenuate the ultrasound, allowing it to act directly on the items being cleaned, significantly improving cleaning efficiency.
