The "VAC ELIOS Series" is a vacuum electrolysis ultrasonic cleaning machine that can clean small gaps and indentations.
In conventional electrolysis ultrasonic cleaning, narrow blind holes, fine holes, and small gaps could not be cleaned because air could not escape and the electrolyte could not enter. However, this product allows for cleaning through vacuum cleaning.
Additionally, when there are blind holes or indentations on the underside of the workpiece, conventional machines would create air pockets that prevented cleaning, requiring the workpiece to be flipped over for a second wash. With this product, cleaning can be done in one go.
