When using an ultrasonic spindle at 40 kHz, it generates ultrasonic vibrations at a rate of 40,000 times per second (with an amplitude of 2μm to 6μm) along with rotational motion, making it suitable for processing hard and brittle materials as well as difficult-to-machine materials. By finely breaking down brittle materials during processing, we minimize damage to the workpiece and enable high-quality machining. Additionally, by reducing processing time and machining resistance, we extend the tool life, which leads to cost reduction.
