It is suitable for heat treatment of materials such as Ti, Inconel, and SUS thin plates, where oxidation prevention is difficult!
We would like to introduce our "Vacuum Heat Treatment."
We adopt a method where all processes from heating to cooling are conducted in a heating chamber, preventing oxidation during cooling. Since vacuum is inert to metals, it is used as an ideal atmosphere, resulting in a good surface condition with excellent luster that requires little to no finishing.
Additionally, the vacuum heat treatment heating is conducted solely by radiant heat, resulting in a very gentle temperature rise. This leads to a small temperature difference between the surface and the center of the treated item, allowing for uniform expansion and contraction, and enabling heat treatment with minimal distortion.
【Features】
- A vacuum pressure corresponding to 1×10−1 Pa retains 1 ppm of impurity gas.
- Conducted solely by radiant heat.
- The surface maintains its luster, and deformation is minimal, allowing for significant reduction in post-treatment processing.
- No quenching oil is used, and there is no intrusion of oil into the chamber or vacuum furnace.
