Hashimoto Heat Treatment was established in Minamihashimoto, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1978, based on the belief of "responding to various customer needs regarding heat treatment and solving challenges." At the time of its founding, we primarily conducted tempering of raw materials, quenching and tempering using salt baths, and carburizing quenching. In 1983, we introduced our first vacuum furnace, marking a new beginning. Five years later, in 1988, we introduced our second vacuum furnace (vertical type), and by 1991, we transitioned all our heat treatment equipment to vacuum furnaces. Among these, we have pursued unique heat treatment with minimized warping using vertical furnaces, going through trial and error along the way. Currently, thanks to our efforts, we receive numerous inquiries from customers in various regions, and in April 2017, we were able to introduce our new vertical vacuum furnace, the seventh of its kind. We would like many people to know that we are a "group of professionals in heat treatment" who perform unique heat treatment while maximizing the properties of steel.
