Example of NFC item management system utilization in hospitals

Improve efficiency in managing medical devices used in hospitals, such as ventilators, wheelchairs, and beds, by utilizing RFID (NFC)!

It is now easy to manage which patients are using medical devices such as ventilators, wheelchairs, and beds in hospitals! By attaching NFC tags to medical devices, you can read the NFC tags when using them to register information such as which patient is using the device, where, and until when. When returning the device, the NFC tag is read again to process the return. You can check who is using the devices, where, and the availability of medical equipment whenever needed! 【Features of the NFC Item Management System】 1. Simple operation with just a tap Anyone can operate it easily! By simply tapping the NFC tag, you can perform operations such as lending, returning, and moving items. No manual input is required! 2. Real-time management and tracking Data is centrally managed in the cloud. The location, usage history, and users of items can be grasped in real-time, preventing loss and management oversights! 3. Strong traceability Records of "when," "where," and "what was used" are kept, allowing for the identification of causes and clarification of responsibilities in the event of a problem!

Anesthesia ventilator for laboratory animals 'Model 2002'

The operation is only for adjusting ventilation and setting alarm values! Anesthesia ventilator for experimental animals.

The "Model 2002" is a bellows-driven, electronically controlled time-cycle anesthesia ventilator. Being electronically controlled, it is a model that minimizes the consumption of high-pressure oxygen, nitrous oxide, and compressed air. It adopts an upward-acting bellows design, preventing the mixing of air or driving gas. It is suitable for animals weighing between 1 to 200 kg, including pigs, dogs, monkeys, and rabbits, and can be used with both rebreathing and non-rebreathing circuits of the anesthesia machine. 【Features】 ■ No mixing of air or driving gas ■ Replaceable bellows housing ■ Wide range of tidal volume (TV) from 0 to 3000 mL ■ Ability to check for leaks in the cuff of the endotracheal tube ■ Minute ventilation ranges from 0 to 100 L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of the Royal Hospital in the UK] Real-time tracking of 1,000 medical devices!

Case study on the introduction of medical equipment management and temperature control systems at a Royal Hospital in the UK.

**Case Study Introduction** The AeroScout ME equipment management solution introduced in this case attaches AeroScout Wi-Fi tags to ME equipment that needs to be managed, such as infusion pumps, syringe pumps, and ventilators. The Wi-Fi tags emit Wi-Fi signals at set intervals, ranging from a few seconds to several minutes. By receiving the signals emitted by the tags through existing wireless LAN access points installed within the facility, the location of the tags can be calculated and displayed on a map. At the Royal Huddersfield Hospital and the Calderdale Royal Hospital in West Yorkshire, UK, a real-time location system (RTLS) was implemented in just seven days to track 1,000 critical medical devices, including ventilators, infusion pumps, personal protective equipment (PPE), and wheelchairs. Clinicians can quickly locate clean and available equipment, while medical technicians can optimize cleaning and maintenance, making more equipment readily available. The RTLS platform offers many options to enhance safety and efficiency, and automatic temperature monitoring has already been added.

Respirator Unit "No. 118"

Your actions can save lives. Call 118 in an emergency.

By implementing emergency life-saving measures before the ambulance arrives, a higher survival rate can be expected. In the event of a sudden accident or a medical emergency, the improvement of the emergency response system has increased the survival rate compared to before. Additionally, timely actions taken by bystanders can save precious lives or prevent serious illnesses or injuries. Even without knowledge of emergency life-saving procedures, individuals can perform airway management, oxygen inhalation, suction, and artificial respiration using the "Artificial Respirator Unit 118." By using an AED in conjunction with these measures until the ambulance or medical personnel arrive, effective "cardiopulmonary resuscitation" and "artificial respiration" can be performed. An AED is not effective during cardiac arrest and is only a viable option during ventricular fibrillation. In such cases, the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are artificial respiration and chest compressions (cardiac massage).
