Forming an outer conductor that does not develop wrinkles even when bent! A flexible waveguide incorporating traditional braiding techniques.

The "flexible waveguide" can achieve high-reliability wired 5G and beyond 5G high-speed communication. Conventional general metal waveguides are heavy and difficult to bend freely, resulting in significantly poor workability. Therefore, utilizing Japan's traditional braiding technique, we developed a lightweight and flexible waveguide with a low dielectric loss dielectric material as the core and a thin metal layer on the outside. [Consultation Case for Metal 3D Printing] Special Waveguide Production Part 2

We have responded to requests to increase the size and change the shape from the previous prototype!

I would like to introduce a case where an associate professor from a national research institute conducting research on electromagnetic waves consulted us about the need for a waveguide to accurately and uniformly transmit fine electromagnetic waves. There was a request to "increase the size and change the shape from the previous prototype," and we verified the optimization of the internal cavity through preliminary prototyping. We also addressed surface treatment by implementing chemical polishing based on the results from the previous prototype. As a result, we were able to achieve the desired size and shape, and we were able to manufacture additional components within the budget.
