The "SSE-VI03" is a device that performs OK/NG judgment on long press-cut products rolled up in a roll using image processing inspection, and can cut them to a fixed length for storage. It can cut the workpiece at a high speed of up to 0.5 seconds per piece (for a work length of 150mm) with precision. The cut workpieces are automatically stored in either the OK product tray or the NG product tray based on the results of the image processing inspection. 【Features】 ■ The workpieces are transported to a fixed size (cut length) using a roll feeder. ■ After performing visual inspection using a line camera for OK/NG judgment, the workpieces are cut with a cutter and stored in the product tray. ■ Inspection items include surface scratches, dents, bends, peeling, etc. (sizes that can be confirmed visually). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
