By installing a small fish-eye lens camera with a downward angle on a vehicle and directing it towards the sky (vertically up), it becomes possible to capture the entire surroundings (360 degrees around the optical axis) and also to photograph areas lower than the camera, enabling the reading of license plates. High-resolution photography of the sky is also possible, greatly expanding the range and applications for capturing images of the sky ratio in urban areas, clear weather rates, the tops of high-rise buildings, utility poles, and other structures. Additionally, image development software is standardly equipped, allowing for the importation of captured images and their display in an easily viewable flat format. The circular image from the fish-eye lens shows the sky in the center with 360 degrees of surrounding imagery displayed around it. Since it can be difficult to understand where everything is located in the image without familiarity, software that allows for easy flat development is necessary.
